Sharmila Patel-Claxton

With a B.A. Honours Degree in Business Studies from De Montfort University, Sharmila Patel is the driving force behind Win-Win IT Recruitment. She has more than 20 years of experience in the global IT recruitment sphere and has worked for some of the world’s most prestigious blue chip organisations such as Siemens PLM, Lectra, Maclaren, BP, Legal & General, Allianz and Camelot.

This extensive experience has pervaded many industries and sectors, leading to Sharmila specialising in recruitment for roles within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) niche. Her tenacious approach, industry contacts and eye for top talent are the foundation on which Win-Win IT recruitment is built.
